At WatchTower Group your safety is our highest priority. Our highly trained Operators are trained to deal with security and medical emergencies. WTG’s monitoring centre is manned and operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When an alarm signal is activated, the monitoring centre will contact the client and ask for a secret pass-code to confirm that the client is safe and that everything is in order.
WTG are equipped with the latest technology and are able to monitor all internal burglary and fire alarms.

Should an Emergency arise, WTG Operators will dispatch the required rescue services such as armed response, SAPS, private security, medical and fire.
